Themba Gumbi


Themba is a sales professional with over 20 years of leadership and sales experience across different sectors and verticals, Themba will lead our revenue accelerators in the Modern Sales and Growth Teams.

He has worked for various entities including BCX, Deloitte, Mustek Electronics and Mercedes Benz SA.

At BCX, he was an executive committee member and was responsible and accountable for sales, account management, value propositions, strategic positioning, partners, client project and service delivery and client delight.

Themba possesses a wealth of experience in dealing with and advising key decision-makers especially at C-suite level.

Throughout his career he has proven an ability to manage and deliver in complex and demanding environments. In addition, he has a history of building solid strategic relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Themba holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of KwaZulu Natal and a Master of Business Leadership degree from University of South Africa.
