Nsika Nkosi joins us from Altron FinTech where she held the role of Senior Human Capital Business Partner.
Prior to that she held various roles in the Banking sector, Pharmaceuticals and Not-for-profit environments. Nsika holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Wits University and Management Advancement Programme from Wits Business School.
In terms of continued professional development and professional memberships, she is a proud member of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).
Nsika is passionate about working with people and that passion filters through to the kinds of activities she gets involved in, in her personal capacity. She is co-founder of an NPO whose purpose is aimed at keeping a girl child in school. She also enjoys traveling, singing and spending time with her family.
