Sanjay is a seasoned sales professional with over 25 years of leadership and sales experience across different sectors, verticals & product ranges within ICT. Sanjay leads our revenue accelerators in the Modern Sales and Growth Teams, as the HEAD: Rest of Country (ROC), responsible for business development, sales, key account management, marketing and operations functions to drive revenue for our Critical Communications business by naturing and maintaining strong relationships with customer, partners & Bid office management.

Deon De Villiers
Head of Sales (Cape Region)
With an impressive 35-year journey spanning Radar, Radio, ICT, Instrumentation, and the Mining Industry, Deon brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. As a seasoned professional, He has spent the last two decades excelling as a Key Account Manager and Head of Sales, consistently delivering outstanding results in the Radio, Telecommunication, Public Safety, Mission Critical Communication, ICT, and Mining sectors.
His skills set encompasses Channel Partnerships, Account Management, Solution Selling, Direct Sales, Sales Management, and CRM proficiency. Deon is driven by a strong dedication to his craft and has cultivated a successful career path, underpinned by a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (LC) and a National Higher Diploma in Business Management, specializing in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, earned from the University of South Africa.
Head: Finance & Commercial Operations
Francois Verster is a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in finance, particularly within the ICT industry. He holds CA(SA) qualification, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting, and a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting. Additionally, he has completed a one-year extended leadership MBA Diploma through UNISA.

Nsika Khumalo joins us from Altron FinTech where she held the role of Senior Human Capital Business Partner.
Prior to that she held various roles in the Banking sector, Pharmaceuticals and Not-for-profit environments. Nsika holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Wits University and Management Advancement Programme from Wits Business School.
